Mrs. Kilmer has always been fascinated with science, in particular, the human body and how it works from a molecular to macroscopic level. She truly enjoys teaching and works with a variety of students at all stages of their academic journey, from freshman through senior biology major and non-major students. In addition to teaching, Mrs. Kilmer is the Assessment Coordinator for the Biology Department and is the advisor for Beta Beta Beta (TriBeta), a National Biological Honors Society.

    • Mrs. Kilmer thoroughly enjoys teaching and getting students excited about science. In particular, she enjoys teaching about the structures and functions of the incredible human body. Labs are some of her favorite courses to teach as students get hands-on experiences to help emphasize course content that could include molecular lab techniques and equipment, dissections, drawings, and/or cadaver lab experiences. She also enjoys creating and teaching science courses that contain a study abroad component.
