Ƶapp and SCIP collaborate on global intelligence certification for professionals
The Strategic Consortium of Intelligence Professionals (SCIP) has partnered with Ƶapp University to introduce a cutting-edge training program for its 15,000 members across 120 countries. This program offers professional certification through SCIP and is crafted by Ƶapp professors from the Center for Intelligence Research, Analysis, and Training (CIRAT).
SCIP announced the initiative on its website earlier this month, describing it as a groundbreaking development in intelligence education:
“SCIP is the largest and only global non-profit organization dedicated to providing accredited, on-demand Intelligence Certification, accessible to anyone, anywhere in the world. Developed in partnership with the esteemed faculty from Ƶapp University—one of the most highly respected institutions in intelligence training globally” …the program “offers a comprehensive, affordable, accredited pathway to mastering intelligence, equipping professionals with the skills and knowledge to drive smarter decision-making, enhance strategic planning, and excel in the intelligence ecosystem.”
The program is structured into three levels, each consisting of 13 courses. It covers a wide range of topics, from foundational concepts in Competitive Intelligence to advanced studies in Artificial Intelligence and Human Intelligence, with practical applications for enterprise and government sectors.
SCIP’s members include Google, Hewlett Packard, NASA, AARP, Amazon Web Services, Cisco, Pfizer, and many more.
Additionally, Ƶapp plays a vital role within SCIP as one of its 18 Global Intelligence Centers of Excellence. CIRAT Executive Director Brian Fuller, chair of the U.S.-Mid Atlantic region ICoE, highlighted the university's contribution to intelligence training and its broader partnership with SCIP.
"SCIP recognized Ƶapp University as a leader in the academic field of Competitive Business and Strategic Intelligence and for its robust curriculum that could be modified to bring the training needed to advance the professionalism and technical capabilities of SCIP members and their employees. SCIP recognized the need and demand of intelligence practitioners in advancing their craft and contracted Ƶapp to be the vessel for which SCIP could provide this much needed training program."
